About Me
With over 25 years of extensive experience in learning and development, I’m
committed to fostering a culture of continuous growth and innovation within
organizations. My professional journey has been marked by a dedication to
developing and implementing innovative learning strategies that position
organizations for impactful development.
I have held prominent leadership roles, including Vice President of Learning at
McKesson, Global Director of Learning at Texas Instruments, and Director of
Learning for Ascension. My experience extends to managing the design and
development of custom learning solutions for various esteemed organizations,
including Travelocity Business, Whirlpool, R.J. Reynolds, Covidien Health, Baylor
Scott & White Health, Pizza Hut and the Department of Defense.
My academic background includes an undergraduate degree in business from
Baylor University, complemented by a master's degree in educational technology
leadership from George Washington University.
This unique blend of education and experience equips me with a robust
foundation in learning strategy creation and execution, custom learning solution
development, learning technology assessment, implementation and measurement,
as well as a deep understanding of mobile learning, social learning, adult learning
theory, and instructional design.
I'm passionate about the juxtaposition of learning theory, creativity and
technology to enable true behavior change, and I look forward to continuing to
